Join Anicia's brigade for a service alongside Chef François Gagnaire and his entire brigade.
Discover the wonders of the cuisine of Puy-en-Velay and its local products and, above all, how François prepares them to bring refinement and modernity to his dishes.
Your experience will take place in the kitchen to discover all the positions in the brigade and familiarize yourself with the Auvergne gourmet cuisine of François and his team.
Service possible from Tuesday to Friday following our availability and excluding closing times.
Here are the steps of this immersion:
- Preparation of the service with the brigade.
- Tips and tricks from François.
- Participation in the preparation of plates.
- Observation of the shot at the kickoff pass.
- Tasting at the guests' table of the lunch menu with a starter, a main course and a dessert accompanied by a glass of wine and still or sparkling water.
One person can join you for lunch, around 1:00 p.m., the meal will be at their expense. It is necessary to notify the establishment in advance.
